Welcome to JHA Generator, operated by Generator Safety Group LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our web application for generating Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for construction and related high-risk work. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the JHA Generator platform.
• JHA: Job Hazard Analysis, a document that identifies potential job-site hazards and outlines risk control measures, often required under EM 385-1-1 or similar safety standards.
• Credits: Units purchased by the user to generate JHAs through the platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform and its services immediately.

3. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: Users must provide truthful and up-to-date information when creating an account or using our platform.
• Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our platform complies with all applicable federal, state (including OSHA and EM 385-1-1), and local laws.
• Site-Specific Review: JHA documents generated must be reviewed and customized to reflect actual conditions at your jobsite.

4. Use of the JHA Generator Platform

The platform is designed to assist users in creating Job Hazard Analysis forms, examples, and templates, but it is not a substitute for expert legal or safety advice. All JHAs generated are intended as templates only and require site-specific adjustment.

5. Payment and Credit Policy

• Credit System: Users purchase credits to generate JHAs. One credit equals one JHA download.
• Pricing:
  • Basic Plan: $19 for 1 credit
  • Pro Plan: $79 for 10 credits
  • Enterprise Plan: $139 for 50 credits
• No Expiration: Purchased credits do not expire.
• Non-Refundable: All sales are final. Credits are not refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the JHA Generator website — including templates, software, design, and written materials — is owned by Generator Safety Group LLC and protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Generator Safety Group LLC disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect loss or injury resulting from the use of the JHA Generator platform or any documents produced by it. Users are solely responsible for verifying the suitability of each JHA for their specific project.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these terms or for behavior deemed harmful to other users or the system.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Flordia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Flordia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
