JHA Generator was created by Marc Bookallil, a construction professional with more than three decades of hands-on experience across civil works, major infrastructure, and high-risk activities. After transitioning into construction management in 2008, Marc led complex redevelopment projects in remote environments — including education and healthcare upgrades on King Island, Tasmania — where safety systems had to work in practice, not just on paper.

Returning to the mainland, Marc went on to become General Manager of a mid-sized civil construction business, responsible for implementing ISO-aligned safety systems, managing high-risk work, and embedding practical safety processes across multiple crews and projects. His background includes direct responsibility for JHA development, review, and acceptance across a wide range of construction activities.
